Increasingly, employers in hospitality organisations prefer graduates with a university qualification to fill their managerial positions.

This major equips students with the knowledge, practical and transferable employability skills, including leadership, teamwork, critical thinking, communication and problem solving, needed to function as business professionals and industry leaders in contemporary hospitality organisations.

 

Please note: This course includes some mandatory practical / applied units.
Before enrolling into this major students should ensure they are aware of the physical requirements of the course. Hotel Manager, Restaurant Manager, Hospitality Business Manager, Food & Beverage Manager, Bar Supervisor, Front Office Manager, Resort Manager, Event Manager, Conference Coordinator

 

 

Not available to Bachelor of Hospitality Management or Bachelor of Hospitality and Tourism Management students.

 

Students completing a Tourism Management Major should complete units listed in the structure below which are not common to the Tourism Management Major.
