S50 Graduate Diploma of Occupational Medicine, Health and Safety

The Graduate Diploma of Occupational Medicine, Health and Safety is designed to equip medical practitioners and nurses with practical knowledge and skills to respond to contemporary occupational issues. The course focuses on the application of knowledge into the clinical setting.

 
ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS

Applicants require a degree in medicine, nursing, paramedicine or physiotherapy from a recognised institution.

COURSE STRUCTURE

Students will complete a total of 120 credit points (six units) as listed below:

OHM5113 Management of Occupational Disease and Injury 1 20 
OHM5114 Management of Occupational Disease and Injury 2 20 
 
Successful completion of Stage 1 results in eligibility to exit with a Graduate Certificate of Occupational Medicine Health and Safety.
 
STAGE 2
OHM5115 Occupational Health Practice 20 
OHM5118 Rehabilitation Medicine 20
