MAAAHE  Tourism Management Major  

This unit set is available in the following courses:

 As one of the fastest growing sectors of the economy, particularly in the Asia-Pacific region, global tourism employers increasingly prefer university graduates with analytical, practical and transferable employability skills, including leadership, teamwork, critical thinking, communication and problem solving, for managerial positions.
This major equips students with the knowledge and practical skills needed to function as business professionals and industry leaders in contemporary tourism or travel organisations.


Tour Operator, Visitor Centre Manager, Theme Park Manager, Resort Manager, Cruise Ship Supervisor, Eco-tourism Operator, Tour Guide, Event Manager, Cruise Operator, Travel Consultant

Not available to Bachelor of Tourism Management or Bachelor of Hospitality and Tourism Management students.


Students completing a Hospitality Management Major should complete units listed in the structure below which are not common to the Hospitality Management Major.
