Description:
This unit provides an opportunity for students to complete an industry project related to information systems. This industry project may involve working for local organizations or it could involve developing their onw ebusiness idea. Students collaborating in teams, will complete a suitable industry project, or alternatively invent, a new e-Business concept. If developing a new e-Business concept the team will develop a professional e-Business plan that includes a methodology for raising funds to start the business. The team will also design a commercially-oriented prototype website, utilising a content management system.
