Description:

This unit complements the drafting skills developed in the unit LAW4605: Commercial Practice, Conveyancing and Drafting 1. Students complete further documentary transactions, from the taking of client instructions through to stamping, settlement and registration.  Lawyer's ethical and professional obligations will also be examined in the context of the completion of documentary transactions.
