A53 Advanced Diploma of Performing Arts (Dance)

This accredited course prepares the talented practitioner for the demands of work in mainstream dance companies in Australia and overseas by providing intense practical experience, both technical and stylistic, in classes and through performance opportunities.

NOTES:
With the exception of those units indicated as semester units, all units are full year units with enrolment at the commencement of the year. Each unit runs for thirty-six teaching weeks. The academic year is divided into two semesters. In each semester one week is set aside for practical assessments. Two or three weeks per semester may be set aside as production weeks. Two or three public productions are rehearsed and performed during the academic year.
