I01 Master of Occupational Hygiene and Toxicology

INTRODUCTION

The curriculum for this course consists of units in Occupational Health and Safety as well as specialist units in occupational hygiene, occupational epidemiology, sampling and data analysis and a three unit work based research project.

 

The course is delivered in on-line mode supported by DVD demonstration of laboratory techniques and the use of sampling equipment.

 

Instruments will be sent to students by courier if and when required for their projects.

 
ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS

Standard Postgraduate entry requirements apply.

 
SPECIAL ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS
An appropriate undergraduate degree or post graduate qualification in relevant sciences such as physics, chemistry, human biology or health and safety management.
