Community Planning and Development Major  
MAAACP 
K31 BACHELOR OF URBAN AND REGIONAL PLANNING 
 

Recommended for students wishing to focus their studies and career on community planning and development in the planning or urban/regional development sectors of the economy.
This major provides students with an understanding of social planning and its role in the creation of socially cohesive and liveable communities.
It equips students with an appreciation of the principles of social justice and includes concepts of community engagement and the enhancement of community well-being.
