Description:

In this unit, students evaluate the role that quality and safety systems play in the performance of health and aged care organisations. Frameworks for thinking about the performance of health and community care systems are highlighted, the role of leadership in quality and safety is assessed and issues of clinical governance and risk management are reviewed.
