Description:
This unit develops understandings of plant function, growth and development. Content will focus on the physiological processes governing plant life cycles, water relations, photosynthesis, mineral nutrition and hormonal control of growth and development. Particular attention will be given to physiological and structural adaptations of Australian flora, particularly those which assist survival in Australian environments.
