FBL3501 Business Practicum
SCHOOL OF BUSINESS
Credit Points: 15
Prerequisites:
Minimum of 180 credit points required
 
Description:

In this unit, students will work on a defined business project with a public, private or not-for-profit organisation.  This will enable students to develop a broad range of work-related skills that will enhance their graduate capabilities.  Students will also be required to take significant responsibility for their own learning outcomes.

 

Projects and partners will be secured through the Workplace Opportunities Coordinator and the Unit Coordinator, or as a result of pre-approved networking and contacts developed by the student. Students will not be paid for the project work they undertake.

 

Acceptance to this unit is by application ONLY.  Students are required to submit a current Resume, a statement addressing their suitability and attend an interview.
