ADM1335 Arts Legal Framework
WESTERN AUSTRALIAN ACADEMY OF PERFORMING ARTS

Description:

This unit introduces the Australian legal system and the legal framework relating to arts and event management including negligence, defamation and public health and safety. A campus practicum allows students to apply best practice principles in occupational health and safety, liquor licensing, public building regulations and liability management.
