Description:

Recruitment, selection and retention decisions have a critical impact upon all systems within an organisation. Recruiting, selecting and retaining  good staff is critical to maintain business viability. This unit focuses on recruitment, selection and retention as a process and as a strategy which can benefit the organisation as a whole.

 

Throughout the unit practical applications will be examined alongside theoretical principles underlying recruitment, selection and retention practices. Experiential learning is the foundation of course learning process.
