The Health Education minor is designed for students wishing to teach in Years 8-10. The Health Education Minor is designed to offer education students specialised skills and knowledge in health education teaching. Through lectures and workshop sessions, students will study four units that focus on personal and school health, physical activity, and culture, identity and the body. The methods for effectively teaching this content and the issues and challenges facing Health Education in schools will be taught in two key curriculum studies units. | ||||||||||||
