Description:

This unit provides experientially based learning in the practice of effective interpersonal communication. It is designed to apply particularly to the practice of psychology, and produces essential career skills. Fundamental aspects of self presentation and awareness, empathy, assertion, problem solving and conflict resolution are explored from the perspective of the participant-observer providing an opportunity for immediate and ongoing feedback.
