This unit offers the student a roadmap for understanding and articulating sustainability as a planned change process within organisations. Through exploration of sustainability: definitions, drivers and issues; strategy, stakeholder and reputation management; systems design and evaluation; interpretation of triple bottom line standards and measuring intangibles— participants are provided with a basic framework to introduce and implement sustainable programs and practices within organisations.
