This unit applies the learning outcomes of the unit, Commercial Practice, Conveyancing and Drafting 1, to further documentary transactions, which will be studied from the taking of client instructions through to stamping, settlement and registration.  Lawyer's ethical and professional obligations will also be examined in the context of the completion of documentary transactions.
