Management of Information Technology Major

G95 BACHELOR OF BUSINESS 
 

The Major focuses on the management of business information systems and their supporting technologies.  Taught from a business/managerial perspective, the role of information systems and information technology in mainstream business disciplines is explored.  Students require no previous computing experience.  This major provides a solid IT foundation for prospective Business Analysts and also provides some well managed instruction in systems development. It has been developed with the needs of employers in mind and is an excellent precursor for postgraduate study.

 

The Management of Information Technology Major consists of 120 credit points (8 units) as per structure listed below.
