S96 Graduate Certificate in Children's Literature

Literature is food for the mind, while Children’s Literature nourishes future generations and future leaders. This is why our exciting new Graduate Certificate in Children’s Literature is so compelling, for it will engage with community agencies that focus on the child by combining literature units with more applied units from across the University. The Graduate Certificate has all the hallmarks of the best in cross-disciplinary courses: the exploration of ideas and the opportunity to put them into practice. The course is specifically designed to enable its graduates to upgrade and modernize their qualifications in Children’s Literature. A Graduate Certificate in Children’s Literature will enlarge career opportunities for graduates, not only in their chosen career, but also in, for example, the fields of Psychology, Writing and Education, including Teacher Librarianship.
