MTL3600 Industry Practice

Prerequisites:
Students must have completed a minimum of 180 credit points before enrolling into this unit.
 
Description:

This unit provides a professionally supervised, work integrated learning experience in a relevant business field. It emphasises the practice and application of theoretical knowledge in areas relevant for the students' future progression as a professional industry manager. The focus of the unit is on the personal and professional development of the individual student in extending their current level of knowledge and competence as a manager or potential manager.

 

It is recommended that students take this unit in the final year (and where possible, in the final semester) of their course. Prior approval must be sought from the Unit Coordinator by the student before the practicum commences.
