FAS3101 Contextualising the Garment

Description:

This unit looks at process, intent and context within contemporary fashion, including the progression between ideas, design and production. It will include an analysis of the work of designers and artists who use body and garment as context for their work. The relationship between haute couture and ready to wear will be examined as a context for this project.
