Description:

This unit explores the theory and practice of the work of school psychologists and how effectively school psychologists carry out their responsiblilities in schools. Furthermore, the unit provides scope for students to consider ways in which they might apply appropriate professional and ethical actions to situations they are likely to encounter in schools. The unit also aims to develop the prospective school psychologist's skills, including ways in which they can effectively assist classroom teachers in their work.
