Description:

Administrative law is concerned with the causes of action and remedies available to a citizen when disadvantaged by an unfair administrative decision. This unit addresses the key aspects of administrative law, including: standing; access to sovereignty of Parliament and delegated legislation.

 

The main review mechanism that this unit focuses on is merit review and the powers of the Administrative Tribunals.
