K80 Bachelor of Business (Hospitality Management) Honours

The Bachelor of Business (Hospitality Management) Honours program is designed to provide advanced, research based studies in Hospitality Management. It aims to develop understanding of the state of knowledge in the discipline area alongside knowledge and ability relating to research methods and research activity in Hospitality Management. Students will engaged in a significant research investigation resulting in the production of a thesis with either a theoretical or an applied focus.
 
ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS

To be eligible for the Honours program a student must normally have achieved a Weighted Average Mark of 70% in the degree program.

This course is available on Joondalup Campus.

This course is available by Full-time, or Part-time mode.

This course is available in the following mode of delivery - On-campus.
 
COURSE STRUCTURE

The Honours program is a one year full-time course, or two years part-time for a total of 120 credit points comprising of the following units:
 
Semester 1
BSA4701 Business Research Methods 15
HOS4172 Honours Thesis Development 30 
HOS4106 Contemporary Issues in Hospitality Management 15
Or
An elective approved by the Course Coordinator
 
Semester 2
HOS4173 Honours Thesis 30 
HOS4114 Hospitality Enterprise 15
Plus
