S82 Graduate Certificate in Nurse Led Telephone Triage and Consultation

The Graduate Certificate in Nurse Led Telephone Triage and Consultation prepares students to extend their clinical, legal, ethical, moral and cultural knowledge while using a range of communication skills in telephone triage. These skills will impact on the effective delivery of services in the primary, secondary and emergency arenas and facilitate participants' involvement in telephone triage and consultation.

 
ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS

A Bachelor of Nursing degree or equivalent. Two years professional experience is preferable.
