INTRODUCTION The Bachelor of Business (Human Resource Management) Honours program is designed to provide advanced research based studies in Human Resource Management (HRM) for students who have distinguished themselves in their undergraduate studies in the field. It aims to enhance understanding of the discipline area and to develop knowledge, skills and abilities relating to research methods and research activity in HRM. Students will be engaged in a significant research investigation resulting in the production of a thesis. |

ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS To be eligible for the Honours program a student must normally have achieved a Weighted Average Mark of 70% in the degree program. |
