RAD5102 Radiopharmaceutical Chemistry

Description:

This unit develops students’ understanding of chemistry as it applies to radiopharmaceuticals. The unit covers important aspects of physical, solution and REDOX chemistry that are relevant to the development and efficacy of radiopharmaceuticals.  Emphasis is placed on the chemistry of radiopharmaceuticals most commonly used in nuclear medicine.
