ACD1103	Achieving Excellence in Dementia Care
SCHOOL OF NURSING AND MIDWIFERY

Description:
The unit will enable the student to draw upon literature in the area to nominate goals for the care and support of people with dementia and their families; implement care and support strategies, and evaluate care outcomes. Full Unit Outline
