EAP0104 Understanding Self and Communicating with Others

Description:

This awareness raising unit aims to provide students with techniques, which will enable them to improve their communication, interpersonal skills, and working relationships.  It will also provide participants with practical strategies for increasing their self-understanding and for gaining new perspectives on other members of the school and wider community.  The unit uses learner-centred methods and features a diversity of formal and informal activities which should help students to define, explicate and test their values and skills
