Description:

This unit will focus on the application and integration of risk management strategy to the enterprise. An effective risk management strategy must be incorporated into all areas of the organisation where risk may be found, to ensure enterprise continuity. Implementing a culture of risk awareness, and integrating risk analysis and management practices to the organisation raise a wide variety of challenges. This unit will aim to enhance and extend the ability of risk managers to meet these challenges.
