MYS4101 Adolescent Development

Description:

This unit consists of two modules. Module One, Understanding the young adolescent, explores the life tasks that characterise early adolescent development and their associated teaching and learning implications for the middle years teacher.  Module Two, Relating to and managing the young adolescent aims to strengthen the capacity of students to relate positively to young adolescents and develop a range of strategies for managing student behaviour within a middle years context.
