CEP4103 Behavioural Management 3 (Field Based)
SCHOOL OF EDUCATION
Credit Points: 15

Description:

Teaching students with challenging behaviours is frustrating and stressful within the primary school setting.  This unit takes a case study approach in examining challenging behaviour in a school setting.  Students will work with a student identified with challenging behaviours in an attempt to help the child learn new behaviours.  In this unit students will develop a behaviour management plan for the student that identifies the problem behaviour(s), alternative behaviours or behaviour skills to be taught, a process of implementation and evaluation.
