Description:

This unit on classroom management intends to further develop students' skills that will enable them to be an effective behaviour manager of primary students.  This unit examines the theory and practices of effective classroom management in primary schools.  The development of positive relationships, students' self-esteem and dignity are examined and emphasised within an intercultural setting.  The development of practical skills to prevent and respond appropriately to inappropriate behaviour is integral to this unit.
