WPL3103 Workplace Learning 4

Description:

This unit includes a one hour lecture per week and a minimum of 4 weeks of workplace experience in one of the following settings, child care, kindergarten/pre-primary or junior primary.  The focus for this experience will be on the concepts of an inclusive, anti-biased curriculum. The students will plan and implement an integrated unit of work that makes links across learning areas.   In addition, a theme for this workplace learning experience is collaboration and team-work with families and other professionals. A rich task for students will focus on the development of a project to be implemented during the workplace learning experience.
