PSY1106 Group Process and Group Management

Description:

This unit provides the theory and experience necessary to develop an initial understanding of group processes and develop beginning group skills.  A further emphasis is to understand management techniques of groups to maximise productivity and satisfaction; and maintain the qualities of an effective group.
