| This unit introduces discipline specific approaches to contemporary practice through introductions in a range of specialist workshops. These introductory workshops underpin further study in either specialised or cross-media programs based on the demands and requirements of the student. In conjunction with Studio Practice 2, this unit introduces students to contemporary arts media through practical projects, and encourages the establishment of research methods relevant to these processes. This unit is undertaken in one of the following studio disciplines: Painting, Print Media, Textiles, Sculpture, Electronic Arts and Design. Full Unit Outline | |||
