Description:
Management of human performance improvement in organisations is increasingly focussing upon team building and performance consulting. The training and development manager must be prepared to advise the organisation regarding the team structures and styles that will best achieve its goals, and provide opportunities for employees to learn strategies for effective team participation. In addition, within their own department, training and development managers need to be able to develop strong and effective teams.
