Description:
This unit promotes the teaching of Aboriginal Studies through a combination of anthropological, historical, sociological, economic and political themes. It has a focus on the knowledge, skills and values objectives of Aboriginal Studies, appropriate learning activities, human and material resources available to teachers, the planning, implementation and evaluative cycle and the place of Aboriginal Studies within the broader Society and Environment Learning Area.
