Description:
In this unit, learners will extend their introduction to Japanese with an emphasis on the use and structure of spoken Japanese. Hiragana and Katakana are consolidated, and 76 further kanji characters are introduced. The unit is organised around the topics: Meal times, the Japanese education system, routines at school and the New Year.
