Description:
In this unit students will examine the relationship between changing social, cultural and family structures and approaches to child rearing and child management. Attention will be placed on the examination of the goals, assumptions and strategies underpinning a variety of approaches to child rearing and the application of these approaches to settings outside the home environment.
