PPA4551 ATP - Special Education Practice

Description:
The Assistant Teacher Program (ATP) in the Bachelor of Education (Special Education) is an extended practicum in a special school, unit or centre lasting for a full school term. The student assumes the role of an assistant teacher, and has the opportunity to further acquire and refine teaching skills and to function as an autonomous teacher. In some instances, assistant teachers will have two placements within the one term.
