ERS3210 Science Education: Secondary
SCHOOL OF REGIONAL PROFESSIONAL STUDIES

Description:

In this unit students will develop the knowledge and skills necessary to teach science at a lower secondary level. Concepts in the physical, biological and earth sciences will be studied and a focus will be placed on approaches to developing higher-order thinking through the scientific process. Students will explore alternative methods of teaching science at a lower high school level.
