SCI5205 Beer Quality and Analysis

Description:

This unit will build on the student's previous studies to expand their knowledge of the quality considerations in raw material selection, product quality and quality systems. There is particular emphasis on problem-solving brewing and fermentation faults. The use of statistical process control to monitor product quality is also featured.
