SPS4111 Strength and Conditioning Practicum
SCHOOL OF EXERCISE AND HEALTH SCIENCES
Credit Points: 20
 
Description:

This unit builds upon, and consolidates skills and knowledge learnt in the virtual classroom environment.  Students further their understanding of theoretical concepts of strength and conditioning by undertaking a two week onshore series of workshops and practical experience at the Joondalup campus including 100 practicum hours. 

 

A pre-requisite for this unit is a current CPR certificate OR First Aid certificate.
