Description:

This unit consists of two areas of leaning: Job Application processes and Behaviour Management. The Job Application component of this unit provides students with an opportunity to prepare themselves for the task of applying for positions in the educational work environment. The Behaviour Management component of this unit examines the complex role of the Education Assistant in managing student behaviour in the classroom.
