YWK3110 Administration and Management in Youth Work

Description:

This unit is designed to develop administrative, management and self-management skills for people working with young people in a community setting.  The goals and principles of management and administration practices are explored and industrial issues in a community based or voluntary setting are examined.  The unit also introduces students to program evaluation methodology.
