IAS1219 Professional Services 2: Workplace Communications

Description:

This unit introduces students to communication skills used within Indigenous organisations. Students have the opportunity to explore the cultural basis of oral and written communication, gain knowledge of basic elements of defamation law, become skilled at speaking clearly and effectively in Indigenous and non-Indigenous settings, write a range of plain English business documents, and develop practical marketing skills.
