HST1154 Occupational Health and Safety Law

Occupational safety and health is relevant to every organisation and is directed by a variety of governing bodies and legislative frameworks on a local and international level. In this unit students are introduced to occupational safety and health law from a state, federal and international perspective. The unit develops the students' skills in applying various occupational safety and health requirements as a minimum standard and best practice to achieve a safe and healthy workplace.
