Description:

Recruitment and selection decisions have a critical impact upon all systems within an organisation. Recruiting and selecting good staff is critical to maintain business viability. This unit focuses on recruitment and selection both as a process and as a strategy which can benefit the organisation as a whole.

 

Throughout the course practical applications will be examined alongside theoretical principles underlying recruitment and selection practises. Experiential learning is the foundation of course learning process.
