Description:
As the population ages, caring for older people will become an integral part of work for most health professionals. The unique physical and psychosocial circumstances of older people impact upon their interaction with the health care system. This unit will explore the principles and management of medical conditions within the physiological, health, social and economic context of the ageing population.
